Job Overview: The External Affairs Officer position at the World Bank Group is a critical role within the External and Corporate Relations Vice-Presidency (ECR). This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in media relations and a deep understanding of international development issues. Candidates should have established contacts within the media and experience managing high-level communications. Skills in assessing reputational risks and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams are also required.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered, particularly for candidates with extensive relevant experience in the field.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of five years of professional experience in communications or related fields.
