Job Overview:
The ET Consultant-Junior Skills Assessment Administrator position is integral to the World Bank Group's ongoing digital transformation efforts within its Information Technology Solutions. This role focuses on the execution of a skills assessment initiative aimed at aligning business priorities with digital capabilities and workforce development. The successful candidate will be part of the Client Services team, ensuring that the assessment process is executed smoothly and effectively across a diverse global IT community. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the ET Consultant include coordinating the assessment cycle by managing scheduling, communications, and reminders for all assessment phases. The consultant will track completion rates and escalate any non-completion issues to the Senior Administrator. Additionally, they will coordinate logistics for review sessions, Q&A sessions, and calibration meetings. User support is a critical aspect of this role, where the consultant will provide frontline assistance to staff using the assessment tool, help resolve common access issues, and maintain resource materials such as user guides and FAQs. The consultant will also be responsible for documentation, workflow, and process support by keeping process documents and templates updated, conducting quality checks on data entry, and preparing reports as needed. Furthermore, they will maintain spreadsheets related to participation and timelines, assist with data validation, and prepare information for dashboards.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree along with 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as is experience in coordinating workflows. Proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, and task tracking is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with a customer-service orientation that enables the consultant to support users effectively and calmly.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master’s degree in a relevant field. This advanced degree should ideally be complemented by practical experience in roles that involve coordination, data management, or user support within a professional setting.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or field. This experience should demonstrate the ability to manage workflows, coordinate tasks, and provide user support effectively. Familiarity with data management and assessment processes will be advantageous.

Languages:
