Job Overview:
The position involves volunteering to assist TUA in expanding its donor base through donor mapping activities. Volunteers will be responsible for identifying potential donors, particularly within Arabic-speaking communities, and gathering essential contact information. This role is crucial for enhancing TUA's outreach efforts and supporting fundraising campaigns. Volunteers will be expected to fill out an Excel sheet with details of potential donors, which will be used to create personalized engagement tracks and support upcoming fundraising initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential donors within Arabic-speaking communities.
  • Collect and document essential contact information, including full name, mobile number, email address, city/area, company, and designation.
  • Fill out an Excel sheet with the gathered information accurately.
  • Collaborate with TUA staff to ensure effective outreach and onboarding of potential donors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols when handling donor information.
  • Participate in training sessions or meetings as required to understand TUA's mission and objectives better.
  • Support TUA's fundraising campaigns by providing insights and feedback on donor engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in Arabic, to effectively engage with potential donors.
  • Basic proficiency in using Excel for data entry and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for social work and a commitment to TUA's mission of eradicating hunger and malnutrition.
  • Previous experience in fundraising or donor engagement is a plus but not mandatory.

Educational Background:
