Job Overview:
The Volunteer Donor Mapping Coordinator will play a crucial role in expanding TUA's donor base by engaging with Arabic-speaking communities and individuals interested in contributing to various causes. This position involves conducting donor mapping activities, which include collecting essential contact information from potential donors. The coordinator will be responsible for filling out an Excel sheet with details such as full names, mobile numbers, email addresses, city/area, company designations, and any additional notes. The information gathered will be instrumental in enhancing TUA's outreach efforts and supporting upcoming fundraising campaigns. The role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential donors, ensuring that all data collected is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with data protection protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential donors from Arabic-speaking communities.
  • Conduct donor mapping activities to gather essential contact information.
  • Fill out an Excel sheet with required fields including full name, mobile number, email address, city/area, company designation, and notes.
  • Ensure that all collected data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols while handling donor information.
  • Collaborate with TUA's fundraising team to support outreach and engagement strategies.
