Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Identity Management Support position include:
Assisting with the scheduling and reception of asylum seekers and refugees.
Actively participating in the renewal process of documentation for asylum seekers and refugees.
Handling routine cases in line with UNHCR standards and procedures.
Conducting interviews when required to gather necessary information.
Counseling persons of concern on renewal procedures and their rights.
Responding to queries from asylum seekers and refugees regarding their documentation.
Ensuring timely referrals for individuals with specific needs.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in UNHCR systems.
Contributing to data entry and reporting related to identity management. 1
