Job Overview:
The E T Temporary position is primarily responsible for delivering executive support to the Program Manager and providing administrative and operational assistance to the JDC team. This role involves managing various tasks such as transactions and procurement, human resources matters, adherence to policies and procedures, administrative budgeting, meeting logistics, and overall office management. The individual in this role is expected to work independently on regular assignments with minimal oversight, while receiving general guidance from the manager to prioritize work and determine appropriate approaches. The position requires a proactive approach to managing the Program Manager's priorities and workflow, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups on various activities, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the E T Temporary position include providing high-quality executive support to the Program Manager, managing appointments and travel logistics, and ensuring the quality of outputs requiring the Program Manager's approval. The role also involves organizing meetings, retreats, and learning events, as well as providing administrative and operational support to the JDC team. This includes transaction-related support, guidance on policies and procedures, budget tracking, HR support for onboarding new staff, and general office support. The individual will assist in hiring consultants and interns, manage office-related transactions, and ensure compliance with security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security advice and operational arrangements.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma along with at least 7 years of relevant experience in program administration, coordination, or as an executive assistant, preferably within international organizations or partnership programs. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential. The candidate should demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with standard Bank systems and technology is also required, along with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a high school diploma as a minimum, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree. The emphasis is on relevant experience in administrative roles, particularly within international contexts, which complements the educational qualifications.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in roles such as program administration, coordination, or executive assistance. Experience within international organizations, foundations, or partnership programs is highly preferred, indicating a familiarity with the operational dynamics of such environments.

Languages:
The mandatory language for this position is English, with proficiency in both written and spoken forms. Additionally, knowledge of French and Spanish is considered a preferred asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.

Additional Notes:
This position is a temporary appointment with a term duration of one year, subject to renewal at the discretion of the World Bank Group. The recruitment is classified as local, meaning preference will be given to applicants authorized to work in Denmark. The selected candidate will be offered a one-year appointment, which counts towards a lifetime maximum of three years for ET appointments. If an ET appointment concludes before a full year, it is still regarded as a full year towards this maximum.
