Job Overview:
As a member of the Strategy & Special Projects team, the Manager/Senior Manager will collaborate with CHAI’s Senior Leadership, including the CEO, on high-priority projects that span the organization’s diverse portfolio. This role is crucial for delivering the long-term strategy of CHAI, which impacts millions of lives in low- and middle-income countries. Responsibilities include supporting the operationalization of CHAI’s five-year strategy, scoping new program areas, developing strategies for donors and partners, and securing sustainable funding for programs. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of CHAI and work closely with senior leadership across various programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manager/Senior Manager will support CHAI Leadership by developing recommendations and implementation plans for operationalizing the five-year strategy, presenting these to senior leadership. The role involves executing strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders, conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses, and monitoring progress against strategic objectives. The individual will lead cross-functional projects that advance CHAI’s strategic goals, build relationships with diverse stakeholders, identify emerging trends in global health, and develop communications and advocacy strategies. Additionally, the role includes scoping potential new program areas, producing high-quality deliverables such as reports and presentations, and ensuring that strategic priorities are met with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess 5–10 years of work experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, such as strategy consulting or investment banking. They must have experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and presenting findings to various audiences. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to independently lead complex projects and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required, along with superb communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Educational Background:
