The coordinator will be responsible for organizing meetings, preparing reports, and supporting capacity-building initiatives for government officials. The role requires a strong focus on enhancing the visibility of the EUCARES project through effective communication strategies and knowledge management practices. The coordinator will also engage in monitoring and evaluation activities to assess the impact of the project and contribute to evidence-based policy recommendations.

Additional Notes: The position is based in St Kitts and Nevis, a small Caribbean island state with a tropical climate. Candidates should be prepared to work in an environment that may be subject to natural disasters, particularly during hurricane season from June to November. The role may require frequent travel to other Caribbean countries for project implementation.
