Job Overview:
The Online Volunteer position is designed to enhance the communication and visibility efforts of the Joint Office by providing essential graphic design support. The volunteer will work closely with the Communication Analyst to create visually appealing materials that effectively communicate the JO's results and initiatives to various stakeholders, including partners and the public. Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Online Volunteer include:

• Designing the layout of the Joint Office’s semi-annual newsletter, incorporating texts and images provided by the Communications Analyst.
• Creating visual elements and graphics that support various communication materials intended for social media and other platforms.
• Collaborating with the Communication Analyst to ensure that all designs align with the JO's branding and messaging strategies.
• Assisting in the development of promotional materials that highlight the JO's achievements and initiatives.
• Providing feedback and suggestions for improving the visual communication strategies of the Joint Office.
• Meeting deadlines and managing multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Online Volunteer position should possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create visually compelling layouts and graphics that effectively communicate messages.
