Job Overview:
The Payroll System Manager position at ISRP requires a highly autonomous individual who will provide technical leadership and manage a small team dedicated to delivering robust IT solutions tailored to ISRP's specific business needs. The role involves overseeing the evolution of payroll systems and ensuring user support is timely and effective. The manager will report directly to the ISRP Digital Infrastructure and Operations Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of accounting solutions, managing infrastructure security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, and developing strong relationships with service providers. The position also allows for hybrid work arrangements, reflecting the organization's commitment to flexibility in the workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Payroll System Manager will be responsible for delivering and monitoring secure, optimized, and reliable IT solutions that meet ISRP's business requirements. Key duties include overseeing the design, installation, management, and evolution of payroll and accounting applications, ensuring optimal maintenance of existing applications, and managing infrastructure security. The manager will also administer HR Access infrastructure, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and establish compliance with secure infrastructure standards. Additionally, the role involves developing and documenting computer procedures for data input, maintaining system integrity and security, and training users on application usage. The manager will lead the IT Support Unit payroll and accounting staff, facilitate communication within the team, and manage relations with third-party suppliers to ensure service quality. Continuous improvement and innovation in ISRP systems and processes will be a priority, along with conducting performance reviews and identifying training needs for team members.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an advanced university degree in information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience is required, including expertise in delivering and supporting secure administrative and financial IT solutions. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to identify and prioritize problems, and propose effective risk-mitigation strategies. Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and experience in managing staff in a matrixed organizational structure are also essential. Familiarity with international and cross-cultural settings is preferred.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate should have an advanced university degree in information technology or a closely related field. This educational background should be complemented by practical experience that aligns with the responsibilities of the Payroll System Manager role, ensuring that the candidate is well-equipped to handle the complexities of the position.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience, particularly in the delivery, monitoring, and support of secure and optimized IT solutions. Languages:
