Job Overview:
The Junior HR Advisor position is situated within the OECD's Executive Directorate (EXD) and specifically within the Human Resources Management Service (HRM). This role is pivotal in supporting both strategic and operational HR activities, reporting directly to the Deputy Head of HRM. The Junior HR Advisor will engage closely with the Head Office team, contributing to the execution of HR initiatives and ensuring that deliverables are met efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities:

The role involves identifying opportunities to leverage HR data for decision-making, preparing data-driven reports for HRM leadership, and ensuring effective communication within the HRM divisions. Additionally, the advisor will contribute to strategic documentation, assist in preparing materials for executive meetings, and participate in benchmarking studies to compare HR practices. The position also requires tracking requests from various directorates, managing stakeholder relationships, and evaluating the impact of HRM policies on organizational performance.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a university degree in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Public Administration, or a related field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in corporate initiatives, reporting, and data analysis is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting executive leadership in driving corporate initiatives, particularly in Human Resources Management. Strong coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are crucial for success in this role.

Educational Background:
A university degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Corporate Communications, or Public Administration is required. This educational background should provide a solid foundation for understanding HR principles and practices, as well as the ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.

Experience:
The position requires at least three years of professional experience in areas related to corporate initiatives, reporting, and data analysis. Languages:

  • The monthly salary begins at 5,902.14 EUR, with additional allowances based on eligibility, and is exempt from French income tax.
