Job Overview:
The MSD Programme Manager will lead and manage the Fresh Horizons pilot project, which focuses on implementing an inclusive, climate-resilient Market Systems Development (MSD) approach within the fisheries sector in Yemen's Aden Governorate. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of all programme outputs, managing the design and delivery team, and representing the programme to stakeholders including FCDO and government ministries.
