Job Overview:
The MSD Programme Manager will lead and manage the Fresh Horizons pilot project, which focuses on implementing an inclusive, climate-resilient Market Systems Development (MSD) approach within the fisheries sector in Yemen's Aden Governorate. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of all programme outputs, managing the design and delivery team, and representing the programme to stakeholders including FCDO and government ministries. The Programme Manager will ensure that the programme components are integrated and aligned with the overall vision, while also identifying and addressing issues and risks related to programme implementation. At least three years of this experience must be in programme management, and candidates should have demonstrated experience in advising or managing MSD programmes, as well as experience with major institutional donors, particularly FCDO.

Educational Background:
A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but a Bachelor's degree combined with extensive relevant experience may be acceptable. The educational background should ideally include studies related to business administration, international relations, or development studies, which are pertinent to the role's responsibilities.

Experience:
