Job Overview: The HR Associate position focuses on recruitment, classification, and post management within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
Classify positions according to established criteria and maintain accurate records of job classifications.
Provide guidance and support to staff on recruitment and classification matters.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.

Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of recruitment and classification principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in human resources or recruitment are a plus. Continuous professional development in HR practices is encouraged.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and human resources is required. Experience working in an international organization or in a multicultural environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with UN recruitment processes is an advantage.
