Job Overview:
The Document Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in integrating a finalized document titled 'Beyond Being Heard: The Right of Children and Youth to Participate in a Changing World' into UNICEF's existing publication template. This position requires a keen eye for design and detail, as the specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the document is not only visually appealing but also effectively communicates key findings to stakeholders globally.   • Apply appropriate typography and visual hierarchy to enhance readability throughout the document.
  • Highlight key quotes from young participants to emphasize their voices within the text.
  • Ensure proper formatting of titles, subtitles, footnotes, and resource lists.
  • Create visually distinct sections that align with the document's structure.
  • Prepare final files for digital distribution, ensuring all elements are correctly formatted.

Required Qualifications:
