Job Overview:
The Senior Associate, Supply Chains for NCDs position at CHAI involves providing technical assistance to government partners in Cambodia to enhance access to non-communicable disease (NCD) medicines and commodities. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Associate include conducting a landscape assessment of the local market dynamics for key NCD medicines, identifying gaps in the supply chain, and supporting the development of program strategies and work plans. The role also involves leading the implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems, conducting joint supervision visits to health facilities, and supporting analytical projects related to NCD medicines. Additionally, the Senior Associate will assess existing tools for forecasting needs and optimizing strategic purchasing, develop educational materials, and prepare presentations and reports to inform domestic policy. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, health management, or a related field, with strong academic performance. A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in the public or private health sector is required, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and data-analysis tools is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building effective relationships with government and stakeholders in cross-cultural settings. Candidates should be able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work independently with minimal instruction, while also being goal-oriented and detail-oriented.

Educational Background:
