Job Overview:
The Finance Admin Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial and administrative functions within the organization. This position is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. The coordinator will also oversee administrative tasks, including procurement, contract management, and logistical support for various projects. The ideal candidate will be expected to work closely with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that financial and administrative processes align with the organization's goals and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly and annual budgets.
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Provide administrative support for project implementation, including logistics and resource allocation.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial audits and ensure timely submission of required documentation.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.

Educational Background:
