Job Overview:
The position of Associado/a de Capacitações is integral to the Programa Justiça Plural, a collaborative initiative between the National Justice Council and UNDP aimed at strengthening the Brazilian judiciary's capacity to promote human rights and enhance access to justice for structurally vulnerable populations. The role involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring training initiatives that align with the program's strategic objectives. The associate will support the development of educational materials, coordinate events and courses, and assess the impact of training activities. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that the training initiatives effectively address the needs of diverse groups, including children, women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, indigenous populations, and others facing socio-environmental vulnerabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and organization of training initiatives, including strategic planning, defining schedules, pedagogical methodologies, performance indicators, and engagement strategies.
  • Develop educational materials and manage content, producing didactic resources such as manuals, guides, and multimedia content while ensuring alignment with established standards.
  • Coordinate logistics for courses and events, managing registrations, liaising with facilitators, and overseeing the administration of training activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training initiatives, consolidating information on results and developing reports to inform continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication among institutional actors involved in training, ensuring effective collaboration with the CNJ, UNDP, and other partners.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and awareness-raising activities related to the program's themes.
  • Provide technical and operational support, ensuring the organization and archiving of training documents and participating in related administrative activities.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma, with preference given to those holding a university degree in fields such as Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, International Relations, Law, History, or Social Work. A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience is required for those with a high school diploma, or 4 years for those with a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in information technology and knowledge of the MS Office suite are essential. Additionally, candidates should have experience in organizing and implementing training programs, developing educational materials, and managing events.

Educational Background:
A high school diploma is mandatory, while a university degree in relevant fields such as Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, International Relations, Law, History, or Social Work is preferred but not required. Candidates with a bachelor's degree will be given due consideration.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a high school diploma or 4 years for those with a bachelor's degree. Experience should be in areas such as knowledge management, project management, institutional engagement, or event organization.

Languages:
