Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and customizing applications using C#/ASP.NET/.NET stack, utilizing Telerik Kendo UI controls for enhanced user interface. • Analyze requirements and design automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity. • Explore options and offer possibilities to enhance and streamline development using Azure DevOps capabilities and automated pipelines. • Collaborate with developers to create technical solutions that meet user needs while adhering to best practices and organizational policies. • Conduct testing and quality assurance for applications and automation workflows. • Document technical processes, user guides, and training materials for end-users. • Support troubleshooting efforts and provide user assistance for applications developed. • Stay informed about trends and advancements in IT automation and Microsoft technologies, offering recommendations for enhancements. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for the United Nations Secretariat internship programme, applicants must be enrolled in the final academic year of a first-level university degree programme (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) or in a graduate school programme (Master's degree or equivalent, or higher) at the time of submission. While professional work experience is not required, knowledge in Information-Database Management, Systems and Technology, Azure, IT automation, and Microsoft technologies would be beneficial. Candidates must also be able to commence the internship on the date indicated in the Acceptance letter.

Educational Background:
Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant academic program, specifically in the final year of a Bachelor's degree or in a Master's degree program related to Information-Database Management, Systems and Technology.
