Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, although those with a lower degree but at least 6 years of relevant experience may also be considered. Knowledge of local languages is an asset, as is familiarity with the Congolese financial system and regulations. Candidates should demonstrate strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word, and have a good command of English. Experience in training and knowledge of financial regulations applicable in the DRC are also important qualifications for this role.
