Job Overview: The OSCE Programme Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Anti-Corruption Unit within the Economic and Environmental Department (EED) of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek. This position involves providing comprehensive programme and project support, ensuring that activities align with the office's priorities and the broader commitments of the OSCE. The Programme Associate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring various projects, particularly those focused on digital transformation and financial security. They will coordinate with partners to ensure effective implementation of projects, assess program progress, and provide inputs for reporting exercises. The role also involves compiling background information, designing supporting documentation, and assessing conditions in Kyrgyzstan to inform programmatic priorities. The Programme Associate will maintain institutional memory and documentation systems, ensuring clarity and completeness in project documentation. Additionally, they will engage with external stakeholders, including government representatives and financial institutions, to support capacity-building initiatives and promote project activities.

A minimum of six years of working experience is required, with at least five years for those holding a first-level university degree or four years for those with a second-level degree. Experience in good governance, anti-corruption, sustainable development, or project management is essential. Familiarity with international organizations or NGOs is desirable, as is experience working with state bodies and financial institutions. Additional Notes: This position is a full-time contracted role at the G6 level within the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek. The monthly remuneration is set at 1,318.41 Euro, subject to social security deductions, and includes participation in the Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund.
