Job Overview:
The Associate, People Solutions & Advisory position is designed for individuals who are passionate about human resources and are eager to contribute to the operational excellence of HR advisory services across the EBRD. This role involves working closely under the supervision of the Principal, People Solutions & Advisory, and collaborating with team members to provide tailored HR advice to line managers and staff. The Associate will play a crucial role in identifying areas where people solutions are needed and will leverage technology and data to provide valuable insights. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive employee relations environment. The Associate will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing HR metrics and KPIs, contributing to employee relations activities, and ensuring effective communication between HR and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Associate, People Solutions & Advisory include providing tailored advice and guidance to staff and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating issues as necessary, and collaborating with HR centers of expertise. The Associate will assist in resolving complex queries from line managers and staff, facilitate sensitive employee relations issues, and contribute to maintaining a high level of staff engagement and trust. Responsibilities also include preparing and analyzing HR metrics, supporting employee relations activities, documenting HR decisions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The Associate will work collaboratively with various HR teams to deliver high-quality services and will be involved in executing distinct HR projects through proactive implementation and delivery of project stages. The role is dynamic and may require the incumbent to perform additional relevant duties as needed by the business.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Associate position should possess professional HR adviser experience and a graduate degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable, either completed or in progress. Applicants should demonstrate a clear understanding of all HR elements of the employee life cycle and policies, along with a proactive and results-focused approach. Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Candidates should have excellent partnership and client orientation skills to engage positively with stakeholders throughout the Bank, as well as analytical skills to deliver insights from organizational data. Experience with technology and data analytics, as well as familiarity with case management tools, is also beneficial.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for the Associate position includes a minimum of a graduate degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Candidates with equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Continuous professional development, such as pursuing a CIPD qualification, is encouraged and viewed favorably by the organization.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have a professional level of experience in human resources advisory roles.
