Job Overview:
The Analyst, People Solutions & Advisory position at EBRD is designed to support the Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD) department by providing data-driven insights that facilitate informed decision-making regarding HR policies and procedures. The role involves working under the guidance of senior HR professionals to deliver operationally excellent HR advisory services to line managers and staff across the Bank. The Analyst will be responsible for visualizing data, analyzing trends, and applying statistical methods to derive actionable insights that can help solve business problems. This position requires a strong analytical orientation and the ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders. The Analyst will also play a key role in enhancing the HR reporting capabilities and driving continuous improvement within the HROD department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Analyst will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including providing advice and guidance to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures, supporting the delivery of HROD projects, and maintaining accurate records for personnel administration. Specific duties include assisting with employee relations activities, coordinating training sessions, managing case referral systems, and preparing HR metrics and KPIs for analysis. The Analyst will also be responsible for conducting design reviews of HR reporting tools, identifying gaps in current reporting platforms, and collaborating with team members to improve data quality and analytics capabilities. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with external providers and overseeing medical absence reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Analyst position should possess a demonstrated background in HR advisory or HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR policies and guidelines. A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, along with experience in solving HR-related process problems. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking while meeting specific deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting information to various audiences and collaborating with a diverse workforce. Experience in a multi-national environment and familiarity with data analytics are also preferred qualifications.

Educational Background:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this position. Equivalent experience in HR operations or advisory roles may also be considered. Candidates should have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Experience:
