Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. They should have demonstrated experience in building applications from concept to working solutions, with at least two examples of personally designed and built projects. Strong hands-on engineering capabilities are essential, along with practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse. Candidates should also have experience in building and securing applications on Microsoft Azure and familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Knowledge of modern enterprise stacks, design patterns, and AI solutions is crucial, as well as experience with engineering best practices and DevOps methodologies.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience is acceptable. The emphasis is on candidates who have a strong foundation in STEM disciplines, which is critical for the technical demands of the role.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience if they hold a Master's degree, or at least 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree. This experience should include a proven track record of building applications from idea to working solution, with specific examples of projects that demonstrate the candidate's ability to design and implement effective solutions. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure is particularly important, as is familiarity with AI solutions and modern software development practices.

Languages:
The mandatory language for this position is English. Proficiency in additional languages may be considered advantageous but is not explicitly required for the role.

Additional Notes:
The position is a local recruitment opportunity with a term duration of 2 years. It is essential for candidates to demonstrate a sense of urgency, thoughtful risk-taking, and a commitment to empowerment and accountability.
