Job Overview:
The Salesforce Solutions Architect ([Associate] Solutions Architect) position is critical for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as it embarks on a significant transformation of its Corporate Information & Technology (CIT) department. This role will focus on enhancing the Salesforce platform capabilities to streamline business processes and improve user experience. The Associate Solution Architect will lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise standards and support the organization's strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of technical leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reusable, and future-ready solutions.   • Architecting scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), focusing on data, security, integration, and enterprise architecture.
  • Leading complex implementations and integrations using APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Azure Integration Services, and middleware.
  • Defining and governing Salesforce architecture standards, including development, security, data management, automation, and release management.
  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Ensuring platform performance, reliability, scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Establishing architecture guardrails for various components, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Owning the technical roadmap and upgrade strategy, managing architectural principles and version promotion.
  • Evaluating and approving solution designs and major initiatives for scalability and long-term maintainability.
  • Defining the FSC data model and Experience Cloud architecture, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. 1
