Job Overview:
The Salesforce Solutions Architect ([Associate] Solutions Architect) position is critical for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as it embarks on a significant transformation of its Corporate Information & Technology (CIT) department. This role will focus on enhancing the Salesforce platform capabilities to streamline business processes and improve user experience. • Ensuring platform performance, reliability, scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Establishing architecture guardrails for various components, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Evaluating and approving solution designs and major initiatives for scalability and long-term maintainability.
