Job Overview:
The Industrial Park Analyst will play a crucial role in the Energy and Sustainable Business (ESB) program, which aims to facilitate decarbonization among businesses in Indonesia. This hybrid position requires the analyst to work in the office for 8 days a month while also engaging in remote work. The analyst will contribute to the Sustainable Energy Transition in Indonesia (SETI) project, which focuses on increasing the share of renewable energy and improving energy efficiency across key industries and industrial parks. The role involves conducting research, providing analysis" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">technical analysis, and supporting project implementation through stakeholder coordination and the preparation of technical materials. The analyst will also engage in broader energy-related initiatives under the ESB program, contributing to collaborative research and knowledge development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Industrial Park Analyst include leading the collection and analysis of data on energy use across Indonesian industrial parks, assessing low-carbon technology opportunities, and providing technical analysis documentation. The analyst will develop knowledge products such as reports and policy briefs, coordinate project activities, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including industries, technology providers, and government agencies. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring that project progress is documented and lessons learned are shared. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal and external partners to support research activities and project implementation.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related fields. A minimum of four years of relevant experience in energy, sustainability, or industrial research projects is required, with internship and project-based work considered. Strong research skills, familiarity with Indonesia's industrial sector, and a good understanding of energy transition concepts are essential. Candidates should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate research findings effectively. Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory, along with skills in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.

Educational Background:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or Business Administration. This educational background should provide a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of energy use, sustainability practices, and industrial operations, which are critical for the role of an Industrial Park Analyst.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least four years of relevant experience in energy, sustainability, or industrial research projects. This experience can include internships or project-based work, which will be considered valuable. The candidate should have a proven track record of conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing technical documents, as well as familiarity with the Indonesian industrial landscape and energy policies.

Languages:
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory for this position, both in written and verbal communication. This bilingual capability is essential for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration within the diverse context of Indonesia's industrial sector. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not required.

Additional Notes:
This is a full-time position with a fixed-term employment agreement for six months, with the possibility of extension up to December 31, 2027, depending on individual performance, project needs, and budget availability. The position is locally engaged, and Indonesian nationals are encouraged to apply.
