Job Overview:
The Resource Development Coordinator will play a vital role within the Resource Development team at Relief International. This position is designed to support the organization's global fundraising and program growth initiatives. The coordinator will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, enhancing donor relationships, and overseeing the development of high-quality proposals. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including country offices, program teams, finance colleagues, and external partners, to secure resources that facilitate impactful humanitarian and development programming. The coordinator will also be expected to travel up to 30% of the time, including potential short-notice trips to field locations, emphasizing the dynamic nature of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Resource Development Coordinator will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including but not limited to: identifying funding opportunities and monitoring donor trends to support strategic positioning with institutional, foundation, and non-traditional donors; coordinating and leading the development of high-quality, compliant proposals, concept notes, and funding submissions in collaboration with country, program, and support teams; building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders to support business development and fundraising objectives; providing technical support and capacity strengthening to country teams on design" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">program design, proposal development, and donor requirements; and supporting multiple country offices globally, which may involve travel to various locations as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Resource Development Coordinator position should possess a demonstrated success in securing funding from both institutional and non-institutional donors, as well as experience in supporting complex proposal development processes, including consortium bids. A strong understanding of European donor mechanisms, grant management requirements, proposal budgeting, and donor compliance regulations is essential. Additionally, candidates should have proven experience managing the full proposal development cycle, from opportunity identification to donor submission, along with excellent proposal writing, communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills. The ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams is crucial for success in this role.

Educational Background:
