Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant (Internal Control) is responsible for performing a variety of routine administrative transactions and office support functions that contribute to the efficient operation of the work unit. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant (Internal Control) include retrieving, entering, selecting, and analyzing data from various sources, ensuring the accuracy of documents, and performing necessary calculations. The individual will assemble and review documentation for processing workforce, travel, or financial actions, maintain imprest accounts, reconcile expenditures, and assist in preparing reports. Additionally, the role involves maintaining detailed records of budget estimates, obligations, and available balances, preparing routine correspondence, maintaining local inventory records, and liaising with local banks and financial institutions. The Administrative Assistant will also support personnel administration, recruitment, payroll, and other HR-related duties, and perform any other related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess secondary school education and have a minimum of three years of experience in administrative and office support work. A working knowledge of English at proficiency level C is mandatory. Candidates should also have good knowledge of MS Office applications, internet usage, and office technology equipment. Familiarity with accounting software and information systems for data management is essential. Additionally, candidates must be nationals of Thailand or possess a valid work permit and reside within commuting distance of the duty station.

Educational Background:

Experience:
