Duties and Responsibilities: The Report Writer will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from different programs within the Emergency Cluster. The incumbent will organize this information into a structured report intended for the Emergency Director and the WHO Regional Office Director. Key responsibilities include reviewing quarterly reports and relevant documents, consolidating inputs from technical teams and PAMs, drafting and structuring the annual report, highlighting key results, impacts, challenges, and lessons learned, supporting the coordination of reviews and integration of feedback, and assisting with layout, visuals, and formatting in accordance with WHO standards. The deliverables for this role include a methodological note and outline in the first week, a draft report in the second week, a revised draft after inputs in the third week, and a final report ready for publication by the end of the fourth week.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree in public health, communication, or a related field. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in report drafting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
