Job Overview: The Associate Field Recruitment Officer position is situated within the Field Personnel Section (FPS) of the Capacity Development and Implementation Bureau (CDI). The incumbent will report directly to the Field Recruitment Officer and will play a significant role in maintaining and updating the CDI recruitment roster, developing job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, and monitoring recruitment workflows.
