Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Team Assistant include: 1) Assisting the Chief of Human Resources in developing and finalizing HR workflows and standard operating procedures. 2) Organizing key HR events and coordinating the work of the HR function across different units. 3) Developing content for HR activities and initiatives for the ECA intranet. 4) Implementing and monitoring activities related to the staff engagement action plan. 5) Creating a single-window access process for administrative services for staff members. 6) Providing office support and administrative functions to the Chief HRO. 7) Monitoring processes and scheduling related to the Section's outputs and tasks. 8) Researching and compiling information for reports and meetings. 9) Generating statistical reports and work orders using databases. 10) Proofreading documents for accuracy and adherence to standards. 11) Providing secretarial and logistical support for meetings and conferences. 12) Assisting in website management by posting documents. 13) Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications: The position requires a high school diploma as a minimum qualification. Additional studies in administration, social sciences, or management are desirable. Candidates should have relevant work experience of at least four years in administration, with a preference for those who have experience in an international organization. Experience in human resources and process improvement is also desirable, indicating a need for candidates who can contribute to enhancing HR functions effectively.
