Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator/Senior Administrative Coordinator include but are not limited to: managing the workflow of the unit, monitoring the flow of information, tracking shifting priorities, ensuring deadlines are met, proof-reading documents for accuracy, scheduling and preparing meetings, processing reviews through eReview, managing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication within the division and with external stakeholders, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, and exercising sound judgment and discretion in all administrative functions. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the willingness to work overtime at short notice as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of six years of relevant experience. At least two of the six required years must be in a lead role. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative, technological, and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of Fund practices and procedures. Familiarity with Fund software applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and systems such as PeopleSoft FINPROD and HRPROD is essential.
