Job Overview: The Human ResourcesAnalyst (HRA) position at the IMF is a contractual role within the Talent Division of the Human Resources Department. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Analyst include: coordinating logistics for the Management Development Center program, providing administrative support for the Duke CE Leadership Series, serving as the program assistant for the Executive Coaching program, managing coaching and learning budgets, processing invoices and chargebacks, administering feedback surveys, providing policy advice on learning and development programs, supporting the Talent Management team with additional administrative tasks, entering and manipulating data in relevant databases, maintaining program-related data and websites, compiling data for analytical work, and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed. The HRA must demonstrate strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, planning and organizing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a combination of training and experience equivalent to the completion of secondary school education, supplemented by at least four years of relevant HR experience. Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and written communication skills are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within and across divisions, particularly with departmental HR teams, external vendors, and program participants. Familiarity with HR theories, functions, and programs is desirable, along with strong quantitative and data management skills.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a secondary school education, with additional training or coursework in human resources or related fields being advantageous. Candidates should have a solid understanding of HR practices and principles, as well as experience with relevant software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and Workday is also desirable.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of four years of relevant HR experience.
