Job Overview:
The position of Stagiaire en Qualité involves supporting the deployment of the quality management system within the organization. The intern will contribute to quality assurance at the headquarters level, which includes monitoring the pharmaceutical license file and participating in quality reviews. Additionally, the intern will play a role in improving processes on the ground, particularly by optimizing local purchases. The role also includes participating in the deployment and monitoring of performance indicators, which are crucial for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for several key duties, including but not limited to: assisting in the implementation of the quality management system, contributing to quality assurance processes, monitoring and reviewing the pharmaceutical license documentation, participating in quality reviews, optimizing local purchasing processes, and supporting the deployment and tracking of performance indicators. The intern will also be expected to engage in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring that all processes align with the organization's standards and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be engaged, motivated, and possess the following qualities: a background in pharmacy or a degree in pharmacy, proficiency in Excel and ideally Power BI, strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to synthesize and write information clearly. The candidate should also be comfortable working in a team while being autonomous in managing their tasks, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and an interest in quality and health issues.

Educational Background:
The position requires candidates to be students in pharmacy or to have graduated as pharmacists. This educational background is essential to ensure that the intern has the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to the quality management processes within the organization.

Experience:
While specific prior experience may not be mandatory, candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, particularly in a healthcare or pharmaceutical context. Any relevant internships or academic projects related to quality assurance or pharmacy will be considered advantageous.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as the role requires communication and documentation in French. Proficiency in English or other languages may be considered a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • The internship is compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week, with a total weekly working time of 38.75 hours. The organization also provides meal vouchers worth 8 euros, with 60% of the cost covered by Action contre la Faim, and reimbursement of 50% of public transport costs.
