Job Overview:
The Human Resources Analyst (HRA) position within the IMF's Talent Division of the Human Resources Department is a contractual role focused on supporting the Learning and Leadership Development function. The HRA will be responsible for coordinating logistics and providing administrative support for various programs, including the Management Development Center and the Duke CE Leadership Series. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. The HRA will also be involved in budget management, data analysis, and providing policy advice related to learning and development programs. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Analyst (HRA) include coordinating logistics for the Management Development Center, providing administrative support for the Duke CE Leadership Series, acting as the program assistant for the Executive Coaching program, managing the coaching budget, processing invoices, administering feedback surveys, providing policy advice on learning and development programs, and supporting the Talent Management team with additional administrative tasks. The HRA will also be responsible for entering, retrieving, and manipulating data, maintaining program-related databases, compiling data for analytical work, and assisting with leadership development initiatives. Other responsibilities may include supporting the section chief and Human Resource Officers with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a combination of training and experience equivalent to the completion of secondary school education, supplemented by a minimum of four years of relevant HR experience. Strong attention to detail, customer orientation, and written communication skills are essential. The ability to collaborate effectively within and across divisions, as well as with external vendors and program participants, is also required. Candidates should demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills, the ability to manage large and complex databases, and a good understanding of HR theories and functions.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for the Human Resources Analyst (HRA) position includes a secondary school education, with additional training or coursework in human resources or a related field being advantageous. Candidates should have a solid foundation in HR principles and practices, as well as relevant experience in administrative support roles within HR.

Experience:
