Job Overview: The position of Responsable de Programme Mécanisme de Protection des Travailleurs Humanitaires involves overseeing the financial and administrative management of the Humanitarian Workers Protection Mechanism. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with internal requirements and donor expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial management of the program, managing financial partnerships, coordinating transfer modalities, and securing financial flows. Additionally, the role includes developing and supervising the administrative and financial functions of the mechanism. Leading the financial management of the Humanitarian Workers Protection Mechanism program, ensuring all financial activities are conducted in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
Managing the financial aspects of partnerships related to the program, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.
Coordinating the modalities for financial transfers and ensuring the security of financial flows to and from the program.

The candidate must have a strong understanding of donor regulations, advanced budgeting tools (particularly Excel), and internal control mechanisms. Additional Notes: The position is classified as a cadre integrated role, initially offered as a fixed-term contract (CDD) for 3 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 12 months. This is a full-time position based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary range is between 41,000 to 50,000 euros gross annually, depending on experience, with a seniority bonus applicable after three years of service at the headquarters. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time). Health coverage and insurance are provided, with 80% of costs covered by Action contre la Faim. There are also provisions for salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave. Transportation costs are partially reimbursed, and meal vouchers are provided with a 60% contribution from the organization.
