Job Overview: The position of Responsable de Pôle Logistique Energie involves overseeing the implementation of energy standards and electrical safety for Action contre la Faim's country offices in France. This role requires providing technical assistance to these offices, ensuring that they adhere to safety protocols and efficient energy production practices. The successful candidate will coordinate and technically support country offices on electrical safety and energy production reliability, focusing on decarbonization, energy sobriety, and photovoltaic solarization. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the development of operational teams' skills and managing a functional team of five individuals. The position is crucial for enhancing the organization's energy expertise and supporting partner NGOs in leveraging this knowledge effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide technical support to country offices regarding electrical safety in both programmatic and logistical contexts.
Assist country offices in ensuring reliable energy production, focusing on the decarbonization of energy sources and promoting energy efficiency.
Contribute to the skill development of operational teams, enhancing their capabilities in energy management.
Manage a functional team of five, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
Provide technical support to partner NGOs in sharing energy expertise and human resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in energy management across all country offices.
Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for staff on energy safety and management.
Conduct field visits to country offices to assess energy needs and provide on-site support as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate energy management into broader organizational strategies.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Engineering (bac +5) with a technical orientation or possess specialized technical training coupled with substantial professional experience (10 years) in a similar context. They should have validated profiles relevant to the position and experience in coordinating electrical safety measures for infrastructure within an international NGO. A solid technical understanding of energy management is essential, along with a good command of English. Humanitarian field experience is considered an asset. Specializations in Electricity, Electrotechnics, Energy, Photovoltaics, or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) are required.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is mandatory. Candidates with specialized technical training and extensive experience in energy management will also be considered. The educational background should reflect a strong foundation in technical principles relevant to the role.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical fields related to energy management, electrical safety, or similar areas is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of working in similar roles, particularly within humanitarian contexts or international NGOs.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in French is also essential, given the location and operational context. Additional language skills may be advantageous but are not required.

The salary ranges from €41,000 to €50,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with a seniority bonus applicable after three years of service at the headquarters. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave and 21 RTT (reduction of working time) days per year. Health coverage and other benefits include an 80% contribution from ACF, transport allowances covering 50% of commuting costs, and meal vouchers with a 60% contribution from the organization. Remote work is permitted from metropolitan territory, with no mandatory in-person attendance except for collective meetings and integration days. Field travel to country offices is required, lasting 2 to 4 weeks, 3 to 4 times a year, depending on contexts and emergencies.
