Duties and Responsibilities: The Driver will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: safely transporting WHO staff and materials, adhering to all security and traffic regulations, conducting daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality, reporting any incidents or accidents involving WHO vehicles, maintaining accurate administrative records related to vehicle use, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order before travel. The driver will also be responsible for communicating with the WHO office regarding movement status and any potential security risks. Additionally, the driver must be prepared to perform first-level maintenance on the vehicle and ensure that it is clean and well-maintained at all times. The role may also involve loading and unloading goods and ensuring that loads are balanced and secured during transport.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid driving certification and have completed secondary school education or an equivalent qualification. Additional Notes: The position offers an annual base salary starting at USD 12,973, subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance. Employees are entitled to 30 days of annual leave.
