Job Overview:
The ICLA Technical Officer will play a crucial role in the day-to-day implementation of Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) activities. The officer will also conduct due diligence activities related to housing, land, and property, develop educational materials, facilitate capacity-building activities, and participate in needs assessments. Furthermore, the officer will conduct legal research, contribute to advocacy documents, strengthen local capacities, coordinate with other NRC programs and external stakeholders, and maintain proper documentation of ICLA activities.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in similar roles within humanitarian or recovery contexts is essential, along with documented results related to the position's responsibilities. Candidates should also have context-related skills and knowledge, particularly regarding the legal landscape in Ukraine, and experience in providing legal assistance and representation services.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Law is required for this position, ensuring that the candidate has a solid foundation in legal principles and practices necessary for providing effective legal assistance and counselling.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, particularly in humanitarian or recovery contexts.
