Job Overview: The position of Alternant en Développement des Ressources Privées at Action contre la Faim involves supporting the development of private resources for ACF France, both domestically and internationally. The role is designed for a candidate who is currently in training and wishes to develop skills in partnership development and project management within a non-profit environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the monitoring and animation of existing partnerships, assist in the financing of programs, and be proactive in developing ongoing partnerships and tools for donor retention. This includes preparing prospecting documents based on defined funding needs and current market issues, conducting research on prospects and calls for projects from French and international foundations, and participating in meetings with prospects. The role also involves updating management tools and capitalizing on data for the department, drafting strategic and ethical notes, and supporting administrative management related to donations and contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Alternant include:
Contributing to the monitoring and animation of current partnerships within the Foundations department.
Following up on ongoing partnerships and program financing, including monitoring schedules, reviewing reports, and tracking needs and proposals.
Proposing ideas for the development of ongoing partnerships and implementing donor retention tools.
Assisting in the development of offers and prospecting for new French and international partners.
Preparing prospecting sheets and dossiers based on defined funding needs and market trends.
Conducting research on prospects and calls for projects from French and international foundations.
Proposing strategies for approaching and responding to calls for projects from foundations.
Ensuring appointments and follow-ups regarding participation in sector events and conferences.
Participating in meetings with prospects. 1

Drafting strategic and ethical notes and donor intelligence reports on French and international foundations. 1
Supporting administrative management, including recording donations and tracking invoices and agreements. 1

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Experience: The position is suitable for candidates who are in the early stages of their careers or those who are seeking to gain practical experience in the non-profit sector. Previous internships or volunteer experiences in similar roles will be considered an asset but are not strictly required.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as the role involves communication with French partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is also highly desirable, as it may involve interactions with international partners and documentation.
Additional Notes: This position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract for a duration of 12 months. The work schedule is structured as two weeks on-site followed by one week of remote work. The salary is based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) and 25 days of paid leave, prorated based on presence. Health coverage is provided at 80% by ACF, and transportation costs are reimbursed at 50%. Meal vouchers are partially covered by the organization. The policy on telework allows for flexibility, with a requirement of 16 days per month at the headquarters, including mandatory attendance for integration during the first six weeks.
