Job Overview:
The organization is seeking an intern who can provide support to the general services department through various tasks. The intern will be responsible for daily support to users, welcoming, informing, and assisting users, service providers, and newcomers. They will update organizational charts and procedures, track client complaints, and ensure effective internal communication. The intern will also monitor the operational and administrative application of service contracts, control subcontracted services, and manage necessary tasks for the smooth operation of services, including purchase requests and quotes. They will record, process, and follow up on interventions, operations, and works, manage purchases (supplies, furniture, and equipment) within their scope of action, and conduct market analysis in line with purchasing thresholds and procedures to optimize prices. Additionally, they will draft technical specifications for calls for tenders and prepare comparative tables of offers for submission to the responsible manager. The intern will ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and security procedures and contribute to the functioning and improvement of the service, providing qualitative and quantitative reporting of service activities to the manager. They will also study and implement material and functional solutions to enhance service activity and improve working conditions for colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess qualities such as a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and responsiveness. They should have recognized interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and synthesis abilities. The ideal candidate will be versatile, autonomous, and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to procedures. A genuine motivation for the humanitarian sector is essential, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Educational Background:
Candidates should be pursuing a Bac+2/3 level education in Administrative Management or General Services Management. This educational background is crucial for understanding the responsibilities and tasks associated with the position.

Experience:
While specific prior experience may not be required, candidates should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt within the humanitarian sector. Any relevant internships or volunteer work in administrative roles or humanitarian organizations would be beneficial.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as the position requires effective communication with users and stakeholders. Proficiency in English or other languages would be advantageous but is not a strict requirement.

Additional Notes:
This position is offered as an apprenticeship contract only, with a duration of 12 months. The workplace is located in Montreuil, Île-de-France. Salary is based on the legal minimum wage, with adjustments according to age and educational level, distributed over 13 months. The intern will receive 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) prorated based on their presence in the organization, as well as 25 days of paid leave, also prorated. Health coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim, and transportation costs are covered at 50% between home and work, with additional benefits such as social works and discounts on cinema tickets. The position does not allow for remote work, and candidates should be prepared for prolonged sitting, oral communication, and screen work.
