Duties and Responsibilities: The Handyman will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the removal of snow and ice from outside the office perimeter to maintain accessibility during winter months.

Cleaning leaves and debris from gutters and drains to prevent blockages and ensure proper drainage.
