Job Overview: The role of Responsable de Service Outils, Formation et Projets involves ensuring the deployment of the financing plan component of Polaris in country offices and guaranteeing the sustainability of training and support systems for users. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this position include organizing and ensuring the deployment of Polaris in country offices, training new users in the regions and country offices, providing functional support to users of the tool, and making available documentation related to the tool's usage and associated processes. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication, ensuring that all users feel confident and competent in using the Polaris system. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve user experience and tool functionality.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a higher education degree in financial management and have at least two years of field experience in a finance management role, specifically overseeing the financial operations of a country office. Technical skills in budget cycles, project tracking, commitment and cash accounting, donor reporting standards, pedagogical engineering, and project management are essential. Advanced Excel skills are required, along with strong pedagogical abilities and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be comfortable working in an international environment and must have proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Educational Background: A higher education degree in financial management or a related field is required for this position. This educational background should provide the candidate with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as the ability to apply these concepts in a practical, real-world context.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of two years of relevant field experience in a finance management role, specifically in charge of financial oversight for a country office. This experience should demonstrate the candidate's ability to manage financial operations effectively and to train others in financial management practices.

The role is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) with a salary range of 41,000 to 50,000 euros gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT.
