Job Overview: The Administrative and LogisticsCoordinator will play a crucial role in streamlining the HR pipeline for the Sudan program, particularly in the context of emergency interventions in Darfur. This position involves close collaboration with the Chad program to formalize administrative access requests, coordinate logistics for staff movements, and ensure the health and safety of team members deployed in challenging environments. Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Administrative Access: Collaborate with the Chad program to map and formalize the steps related to access requests, including necessary documentation and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate with other INGOs to benchmark available options for access requests, analyze risks, and develop mitigation measures. Lead and follow up on access requests for Sudan Darfur teams. 2) Administrative and Logistics Arrangements: Formalize resources and processes for staff arrivals, stays, and departures in N'Djamena. Monitor the implementation of the expat visit process for each visitor to Darfur and support the HR and logistics teams in executing these processes. Act as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding deployments in Darfur and ensure continuous improvement of the deployment process. 3) Staff Health: Conduct market analysis to benchmark medical evacuation options from Darfur and formalize the emergency evacuation process. 4) Continuity: Propose systems to ensure continuity of the HR pipeline and develop operational scenarios for the Darfur operations in 2026/2027, including necessary structural and budgetary adaptations.
