Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage WHO Indonesia's online communication activities, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop and implement digital campaigns for WHO health days and UN health-related events.
Create, edit, and produce multimedia content, including videos and photos, to enhance WHO's digital outreach.
Utilize scheduling and analytic tools to optimize social media engagement and inform communication strategies.
Review and integrate communication principles into technical materials produced by the country office.
Monitor misinformation and prepare responses to address public concerns.
Produce various communication materials, including brochures, leaflets, and scripts for radio and TV.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen communication efforts.
Ensure adherence to WHO's brand and corporate identity during events. 1
Identify training needs and conduct workshops to enhance internal communication capacity. 1
Maintain timely and high-quality implementation of work plans, ensuring compliance with deadlines and reporting requirements. 1

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, international relations, or a related field. A Master's degree in a similar discipline is desirable. Essential qualifications include a minimum of one year of relevant experience in digital communications, social media management, or corporate communications. Familiarity with corporate style guides and visual identity guidelines is also required. Experience in public health communication is considered an asset. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as journalism, communications, public relations, or international relations. A Master's degree in these areas is preferred but not mandatory. The educational qualifications must be obtained from accredited institutions recognized by the World Higher Education Database (WHED).
Experience: The position requires at least one year of relevant experience in digital communications, social media, or corporate communications. Candidates with experience in public health communication will have an advantage. The remuneration package includes an annual base salary starting at IDR 697,789,000, with mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance.
