Job Overview:
The position of Analista em Gestão de Projetos is integral to the project aimed at strengthening and monitoring actions related to innovation and improvement of the penal and socio-educational systems in Brazil. The project focuses on developing innovative methodologies and actions to restore the proper functioning of the prison and socio-educational systems, ensuring compliance with national and international human rights principles. The role involves supporting the strategic planning, management, implementation, and monitoring of actions within the area of Information Technology, collaborating closely with the CNJ (National Justice Council) and UNDP teams. The successful candidate will be expected to manage projects effectively, ensuring quality and timely delivery of results aligned with the project's objectives, which are set to continue until October 31, 2027.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Analista em Gestão de Projetos will be responsible for managing and monitoring projects, utilizing IT tools and methodologies to plan, organize, and report on activities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Project Management: Oversee project execution, resource allocation, risk management, and adherence to timelines and outcomes.
  • Annual Strategic Planning: Collaborate on the annual strategic plan for project management, defining goals, performance indicators, and timelines.
  • Institutional Coordination: Engage with partners and other program areas to ensure convergence of efforts and standardization of solutions.
  • Strategic Actions Coordination: Monitor actions related to the implementation and evolution of systems, focusing on AI and process automation.
  • Integration of Systems: Develop strategies for integrating systems and databases, ensuring data quality and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Governance Models: Maintain and improve governance tools and methodologies for the systems under responsibility.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Provide strategic information and reports to the coordination team, contributing to monitoring indicators and institutional accountability.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Information Technology or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with two additional years of relevant experience. Experience in project management, particularly in IT, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proven experience in coordinating and managing IT projects, preferably in partnership with public sector entities, especially within the judiciary. Certification in project management (PMP) and familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban are highly desirable. Knowledge of relational databases and cloud computing projects is also required.

Educational Background:
A Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the mentioned areas combined with two years of relevant experience will be considered. Candidates with advanced degrees do not need prior professional experience, while those with a Bachelor's degree must have at least two years of experience in the IT sector.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a Bachelor's degree. Those with a Master's degree are not required to have prior experience. Experience in managing IT projects, particularly in collaboration with public sector organizations, is essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is also necessary.

Languages:
Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, while a basic level of English is desirable. Proficiency in additional languages may be considered an asset.
