Job Overview: In collaboration with the Head of the Collection Pole - marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Digital Marketing, the mission of this position is to deploy the digital strategy and action plan aimed at acquiring new donors and fundraising. The role involves defining and implementing the annual acquisition journey, ensuring monitoring and analysis of this journey, managing legal, budgetary, and administrative issues related to the acquisition process, and representing cross-cutting topics related to acquiring new donors. The position requires a proactive approach to developing effective digital marketing campaigns and projects, leveraging the candidate's knowledge and skills in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the position include defining the annual acquisition journey, implementing strategies to attract new donors, monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of these strategies, managing legal and budgetary aspects of the acquisition process, and representing the organization in discussions related to donor acquisition. The candidate will also be expected to collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and to contribute creatively to the development of new initiatives.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and have at least three years of professional experience in this field. Strong skills in marketing strategy and a well-developed digital and media culture are essential. The candidate should be familiar with marketing terminology and techniques, and possess a strong desire to work in a team that values their knowledge and skills. A passion for the charitable sector and alignment with the organization's values are also important.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in Digital Marketing is required for this position, ensuring that candidates have a solid foundation in marketing principles and practices, as well as the ability to apply these in a digital context.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a proven track record of successful campaign management and donor acquisition strategies.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English is considered a plus, as it may facilitate communication with international partners and stakeholders.
Additional Notes: The position is classified as a full-time permanent contract (CDI) with a salary range of €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave, 21 RTT days, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transport allowances covering 50% of commuting costs, meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization, and access to social benefits through the CSE. Telework is permitted for all employees within metropolitan territory, with a requirement for four days of presence at the headquarters each month for collective meetings and events.
