Job Overview: The position of Alternant(e) in Marketing and Communication is designed for a motivated individual who will support the development of private resources through various missions. The role involves contributing to the management of face-to-face recruitment campaigns, operational management of these campaigns in collaboration with service providers, and overseeing municipal authorizations. The intern will also handle logistical organization, training documents, and communication with teams. Additionally, the role requires quality control of service providers through mystery visits and field days, as well as supporting the implementation of donor retention materials. The intern will analyze qualitative and quantitative data, track and analyze campaign results, and capitalize on experiences from different campaigns. Regular updates of content for face-to-face teams and participation in information meetings to gather field information are also part of the job. The intern will facilitate training sessions for face-to-face teams and contribute to benchmarking and innovation by monitoring new communication, recruitment, and donor retention tools. Operational implementation of tests on new fundraising channels is also expected.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Alternant(e) include:

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bac +4 in Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or International Relations from a business school, university, or specialized institution.
Strong analytical skills to assess marketing results and formulate relevant recommendations.
Proficiency in writing corporate and marketing content with clarity and precision.
Understanding of marketing segmentation (e.g., paper donors, web donors) and the logic behind donor databases.
Ability to utilize database functionalities to extract and analyze useful information.

Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as the role requires effective communication with local teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is also beneficial, as it may be necessary for certain communications and documentation.
Additional Notes: This position is offered as an apprenticeship or professionalization contract, with a duration of 12 months. The work schedule includes 1 or 2 days of training per week, with one week of training per month. The position is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is paid over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) and 25 days of paid leave, prorated based on presence. Health coverage is provided at 80% by Action contre la Faim. Transportation costs are reimbursed at 50% for travel between home and work. The organization also offers meal vouchers with a 60% contribution from the association (valued at 8 euros) and additional social benefits. Remote work is available, with a requirement for in-office presence of 4 days per month for meetings and collective events, and 2 days per week during the first six weeks for team integration.
