Job Overview: The position of Alternant en Marketing Direct involves contributing to the development of private resources and supporting projects managed by the Direct Marketing Department. The role includes managing mailing campaigns for both prospecting and donor retention, overseeing operational aspects of fundraising mailings, collecting necessary information for marketing campaigns, coordinating internal validations, managing file exchanges with other associations, and ensuring effective communication with the donor relations service. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for briefing agencies for new messaging, managing telemarketing campaigns (including welcome calls, upgrades, reactivations, and transformations), and operational management of campaigns in collaboration with service providers. The role also requires regular updates of content to enhance the knowledge of tele-actors about ACF, contributing to qualitative and quantitative analyses, tracking and analyzing results from mailing, telemarketing, and street marketing campaigns, capitalizing on experiences gained from various campaigns, and contributing to benchmarking and innovation efforts. The candidate will also be expected to monitor new communication, recruitment, and donor retention tools and implement operational tests on new fundraising channels.

Additional Notes: The employment status for this position is either a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship, with a contract duration of 12 months. The position is based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), with a desired work rhythm of two weeks in the company followed by one week of courses. Salary is based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and educational level, and is distributed over 13 months. Employees are entitled to 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave also prorated. Health coverage is provided at 80% by ACF, and transportation costs are covered at 50% for commuting between home and the workplace. Meal vouchers are subsidized at 60% by the association, valued at 8 euros, along with an annual social fund of 170 euros and discounts on cinema tickets. The organization supports teleworking, allowing employees to work remotely from metropolitan territory, with a defined policy that requires a minimum presence at the headquarters for specific activities. For this position, a mandatory presence at the headquarters is required for four days per month, with additional collective meetings and events scheduled for an average of three days per month, and two days of mandatory presence during the first six weeks of integration into the team.
