Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Participating in the preparation of user requirements and technical specifications for information systems.
Assisting in the design, development, and installation of these systems.
Analyzing well-defined modules within the system and developing enhancements or new features as needed.
Conducting rigorous testing and validation of applications software.
Maintaining assigned portions of systems and providing operational support, including analyzing and implementing system changes or upgrades.
Writing and developing programs to interface with existing systems.
Ensuring data security and integrity throughout the systems.
Preparing, updating, and maintaining system documentation and related technical/procedural manuals.
Assisting in the setup and monitoring of software performance measures.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria: (a) be enrolled in or have completed a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); (b) be enrolled in or have completed the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent). A background in human resources, public administration, or related fields is desirable. While professional work experience is not required, applicants must have a field of study closely related to the internship.
Educational Background: Candidates must be students in the final year of their first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), or enrolled in or have completed a Master’s or Ph.D. program. Proof of enrollment or completion must be provided with the application. An official certificate will be required at a later stage to confirm eligibility.
Experience: No prior professional work experience is required for this internship. However, candidates should have relevant academic experience or coursework that aligns with the responsibilities of the internship.
