Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Partner role is pivotal in building and strengthening ESA's HR Recruitment Hub, which is designed to meet the agency's growing recruitment needs. The selected candidates will act as strategic partners in sourcing and recruitment for designated business areas, ensuring that ESA attracts and hires high-quality talent. This position requires collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Workforce Management Office to create a proactive HR function that aligns with ESA's strategic objectives. The Talent Acquisition Partners will be responsible for the full recruitment process, from candidate management to recruitment analytics, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience while positioning ESA as an employer of choice. This role also involves contributing to the agency's long-term workforce development and capability needs in a competitive international labor market.
Duties and Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner include:
Recruitment Management: Overseeing talent hiring activities in alignment with business priorities, collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
Candidate Management: Designing and delivering a professional candidate journey, building talent pipelines, and leveraging market insights for effective sourcing.
Recruitment Analytics and Process Improvement: Analyzing recruitment data to identify efficiency opportunities and ensuring informed strategic workforce decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating across HR and the wider business to drive alignment, managing external service partners, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires occasional travel within Europe and involves managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a proven track record in managing recruitment processes and delivering effective hiring outcomes, ideally within specialized labor markets. Strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with various stakeholders in a complex environment are essential. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information are also required. Experience in data analytics is considered an asset.
Educational Background: A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or Psychology is required for this position, along with four years of directly relevant professional experience. Alternatively, candidates with a bachelor's degree and an additional four years of relevant experience may be considered.
Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in recruitment, particularly within organizations that operate in highly specialized labor markets. Experience in recruiting for engineering, scientific, or technical roles is highly desirable, as it aligns with ESA's operational needs.
Languages: The working languages of ESA are English and French. A good knowledge of one of these languages is mandatory, while knowledge of another Member State language is considered an asset.
